Currently managing large SAP implementation to support procure-to-pay functions across all Lockheed Martin business units. Leading four functional IPTs currently consisting of over 50 team members to ensure high quality work product through out project life cycle. Defining and communicating implementation methodology. Developed ‘point of view’ on complex strategic issues involving purchasing, quality and receiving business processes and organizational aspects. Leading resolution of complex strategic issues across business units to build consensus. As a solution architect and lead variant configuration consultant, contributed to almost all functional areas (SD, MM, PS) and designed several solutions to make SAP R/3 as a viable solution for homebuilders. In first phase, I was involved in configuration and prototyping for MM-Purchasing and invoice verification.
