Currently managing large SAP implementation to support procure-to-pay functions across all Lockheed Martin business units. Leading four functional IPTs currently consisting of over 50 team members to ensure high quality work product through out project life cycle. Defining and communicating implementation methodology. Managed the SAP implementation for sales and marketing and final assembly from early planning through successful execution. Ensured project execution to complete all phases on time and within budget. The project team consisted of client team of 6 team leads, 25 client team members, 6 on site consultants and 15 off site developers. Evaluated several alternative implementation scenarios. Developed project implementation plans consisting of timeline, resources and budget for a 20 month, $16 Million deployment 1 and $40 million deployment 2. Managed a two phase PLM project for engineering from conception through execution for US Army R&D facility. Both phases of project went live as planned with minimal problems. Contributed to several aspects of the project management including estimating resource requirements, project time line and priorities, methodology etc. Managed all aspects of Xansa’s engagement on the project. As a solution architect and lead variant configuration consultant, contributed to almost all functional areas (SD, MM, PS) and designed several solutions to make SAP R/3 as a viable solution for homebuilders.
