The team solves complex pricing, valuation and profit enhancement situations involving M&A, inter-company transactions and joint ventures. Advise senior executives on aligning business processes, strategies and initiatives with transfer pricing and tax systems of multinational company supply chains; increasing annual after-tax profits of clients by $5 to $20 million while reducing risks and improving performance measurement systems. Determined the buy-in payment by the Irish subsidiary of a $1 billion software company for the non-U.S. economic rights of intellectual property related to an acquisition.

Restructured the transfer pricing system of an $800 million medical products multinational company to improve performance measures, promote revenue growth and reduce risks.

With an annual budget of $2 million, critical aspects included operational layout, equipment and staffing to promote efficient mail processing and meet capacity requirements based on expected volume and complex arrival patterns. Streamlined processes, decreased man-hours by 22% and avoided shut downs for the first time while processing over three and a half times the volume processed during the previous year.

Implemented voice-activated technology on parcel sorting machines to increase throughput by 20% yielding an annual savings of over $600,000.
