Promoted to Manager of Sales & Marketing Technology in 2002. Successfully managed and directed three teams of technology professionals: CRM Development, Production Support/Desktop Engineering, and Quality Assurance. * Pioneered the implementation of a mature CRM system which supported 200 sales professionals nationwide.

* Customized and integrated our CRM system with all backend systems, through cross team implementations, yielding a 360 degree view of the client.
