- Assisted in the development of (6) medical devices, (4) semiconductor systems and (3) test-equipment systems during this 2+ year period (please note that additional projects were also completed during this period)

Director of Product Marketing (2002 – 2004)

- Supervised, managed and coached a staff of 8 product marketing managers and application engineers
- Developed corporate-level strategic plans and product/technology roadmaps
- Conducted global market surveys, and implemented market segmentation studies to appropriately position Speedline products and maximize market share by more than 3%
- Created a system to manage the collection and analysis of corporate-wide global market intelligence
- Co-managed the corporate forecast and budget with Speedline’s global financial controller
- Chaired committees within two industry organizations (SMEMA and IPC) resulting in standards for both equipment specifications and production line cost-of-ownership.

Sr. Product Manager (1995 – 2002)

- Managed a product line that led its global market segment with revenue of more than $70 Million
- Achieved a 15% increase in revenue and 6% increase in profit margin in a twelve-month period for Speedline’s mid-range product. This was accomplished by expanding the target market (Far East and South America), and leveraging market acceptance for a product still within the introductory stage of its growth cycle.
- Managed a project team that successfully launched the world’s first Dual-Lane printer within a period of 10 months. This was done while exceeding initial sales expectations by almost 200% and keeping development costs and schedules within the original budget.
- Led the team responsible for integrating four products, acquired via an acquisition from an English competitor, into Speedline’s existing product family.
- Re-launched Speedline’s highest performing product with market-driven enhancements and implemented a promotional campaign reinforcing the division’s strong brand awareness resulting in a significant increase in market interest and a revenue increase of almost 30% in 18 months.
