Owner
· All operational aspects of a start-up business including subsidiaries:
- Service Pointe, network communications primarily focusing on voice over IP (VoIP) technologies.
- Castle Catering, food services and special events planning.
· Currently transitioning the business to family members to move back into a larger corporate environment.

1992 to 2002 Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Roswell, GA
President
· ATS was a consultative sales organization with emphasis on technology solutions for mid-size to large businesses. Voice and Data technologies supported using ATM, T3, T1, DSL and ISDN access with infrastructure capabilities for IP/IPX Microsoft environments.
· Hired and trained a sales staff producing over $25M in annual revenue.
· Managed a staff of 20+ people in all aspects of operating the business needs: sales, support services, shipping/receiving, administrative, accounting, etc.
· Automated our sales, inventory, payroll and accounting functions.
· Developed a two-tier sales program supporting smaller VARs while increasing our presence with manufacturers therefore allowing ATS further discounts for our primary business.
· Developed a state and federal government sales program, which became our largest sales channel.
· Acted as Chief Technology Officer to stay abreast of technology trends/changes and product developments to keep our business current and to meet ongoing customer requirements.

1987 to 1992 Network Equipment Technologies (N.E.T.) Atlanta, GA

· N.E.T. was the industry leader in capacity, reliability and features for the distributed T1/T3 voice/data/video multiplexer market.
· Closed no less than two sales per year valued at $1M or more.
· Obtained the largest single order, at that time, $6M with Eastern Airlines.
· Increased annual sales for my territory from less than $1 million to over $12 million.
· Among the top 10 sales performers each year with the company.
· Leading sales representative worldwide during FY 1990 with sales over $9M.

· Selected to be one of only three representatives nationwide to complete a cross country seminar series aimed at educating prospective clients about what divestiture meant, how it could effect their business and how Timeplex could help them obtain these capabilities.
· During this time Timeplex became the nationwide leader in providing voice/data integration solutions, our revenue more than doubled our nearest competitor.
· Assisted in the development of extensive training programs for our sales and technical employees as well as training options for our clients.

1979 to 1984 RCA/Cylix Atlanta, GA
Technical Sales Support
· Prior to divestiture, we provided IBM, Burroughs and DEC protocol support across satellite links utilizing multi-drop analog access lines to bypass and reduce AT&T’s long-haul costs.
· Provided technical sales support for three salespeople across the Southeastern U.S.
· We took revenues from zero to over $5M in the first 18 months.
· Project Manager for new southeastern U.S. customer’s initial installation/cut-over.
· Developed a start-up and test routine to ensure satisfied clients and eliminate confusion, misrepresentations or misconceptions about our service.
· Brought new customers on-line to insure their satisfaction and remedy issues such as slow response times.

Operations Supervisor Memphis, TN
· Began my technology career from the ground up working in an operations center troubleshooting and repairing customer problems, primarily working on satellite and Telco issues.
· Through my efforts, I earned the supervisor position of the Operations Department.
· Attended daily meetings where I reported directly to the VP of Operations and other corporate management concerning previous days problems, outstanding issues and key accounts status.
· Developed relationships with Telco’s across the US to build familiarity with our business to ensure our problems were handled efficiently and effectively.
