1986 to 1989 Digital Communications Associates (DCA) Alpharetta, GA Sales Executive · Attained the entire year’s quota within the first six months as a sales representative. · Doubled sales revenue for the territory the balance of that year. · Able to obtain major accounts in the Atlanta area such as; Bank South, Scientific Atlanta and Southwire.

1979 to 1984 RCA/Cylix Atlanta, GA Technical Sales Support · Prior to divestiture, we provided IBM, Burroughs and DEC protocol support across satellite links utilizing multi-drop analog access lines to bypass and reduce AT&T’s long-haul costs. · Provided technical sales support for three salespeople across the Southeastern U.S. · We took revenues from zero to over $5M in the first 18 months. · Project Manager for new southeastern U.S. customer’s initial installation/cut-over. · Developed a start-up and test routine to ensure satisfied clients and eliminate confusion, misrepresentations or misconceptions about our service. · Brought new customers on-line to insure their satisfaction and remedy issues such as slow response times.
