Managed a $2,400,000 digital content and asset management system implementation project for a major mail order catalog and fulfillment company based in the Twin Cities. (Banta)
Directed and supervised system developers, the testing, and the training of users of integrating software into catalog development workflow for over 1200 Macintosh and Windows PC’s.
Developed corporate procedures for 1200 users, and established the rollout and training plan for client digital asset management software, and led the integration into the creation and development process.
Strategically planned integration of traditional printing products into new emerging web and multimedia processes, allowing clients to fully utilize multiple technologies while reducing cost of printing by an average of 15%
Consulted corporate clients, ranging from Y2K technology conversion to graphic design, improving operation efficiencies and financial reporting.
