PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: INNOVATIVE DEVICES, INC. (Mid-Atlantic) January 2004 – May 2010 A medical device company with a cancer-fighting platform utilizing endoscopically-delivered liquid nitrogen to selectively destroy a range of unwanted tissues. Recruited five-member product development team from Becton Dickinson to develop the system, consisting of a durable component (treatment console) and a single use sterile disposable (catheter). Hired sales and marketing talent to commercialize product.
