Analysis suggested that the company would gain about US$4M net margin and US$30M in value by distributing the finished product ·Drove the resolution of over-dispensing in radioisotope gas orders, a 10-year-old problem. Shipment quantities exceeded site license limits, a regulatory threat, and customers considered the over-dispensing in their orders, resulting in 30% revenue losses. Worked with quality control and production peers to institute corrective actions. As a result, the company is likely to benefit from an increase in gross profit of US$250K, and a US$2.25M increase in shareholder value ·Initiated a decision among stakeholders to retire an imaging product in the decline phase of its lifecycle that was draining US$75K per year because of costs associated with software maintenance and labour.
