Program Leader, Worldwide Sales & Services (2006 - 2009)
Following a successful track record of managing consulting services and improving profitability in the Latin America region, accepted this global position to lead high priority revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Managed global large accounts program to grow orders and profits in the company’s top 40 accounts despite declining overall revenues. Increased orders by 42% and gross margin by 30% in these accounts over two years.
- Reduced annual worldwide labor costs by $19M by driving the increased use of offshore and low-cost resource pools.
