JADE LAND HOLDINGS LTD. February 2008 to Present. Vice President Sales and Marketing. Developed the complete marketing campaign for Copperstone Village, a 285 unit condominium development in Airdrie, Alberta. Implemented the marketing plan including website creation and development of media advertising, brochures, colour boards, posters and other sales tools. Reviewed and modified product pricing after completing market analysis to determine value and marketability of the units. Hired and supervised internal and external marketing professionals to continue sale of the suites. Met with and closed sales with investors. Reviewed plans, provided input on interior finishes. Developed complete disclosure document package in accordance with the laws of Alberta. Researched and implemented an extended health benefits plan for the staff. LARLYN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT May 2006 to January 2008. Region Vice President and Broker. Managed and supervised the complete restructuring of the Alberta operation of offices in Edmonton and Calgary.
