THE SERVICEMASTER COMPANY; Downers Grove, IL 2000 - 2007 $3.2 billion annual provider of consumer services including lawn care and landscape maintenance, termite and pest control, home warranties, disaster response and reconstruction, cleaning and disaster restoration, house cleaning, furniture repair, and home inspection.
Vice President Environmental Stewardship Directed all aspects of environmental management including identification, evaluation, and management of environmental liabilities. Supported all internal departments in environmental stewardship; federal, state, and local regulatory compliance; and corporate environmental policy and procedure adherence. Reviewed new and on-going environmental liabilities on a continuous basis to evaluate need to establish/adjust financial reserves and compliance with SEC disclosure requirements.
