Equities Technology– Group Manager
• Neuberger Berman Clearing Services IT Integration to Lehman Brothers. Managing and establishing NB IT support for Correspondent Clearing Services and Prime Brokerage. BU liaison between NB IT (Front Office) and NBCS client services.
o Responsible for managing all trade booking flows to Neuberger Berman. Determine technical requirements for third party vendor trade flows as well as operational needs for clearing trades for clients.

Trade Booking Service:
• Managing new trade booking service for all equity trading systems. Trade booking service is responsible for monitoring and booking all trades that come through various areas of equity trading including Cash, Program Trading, Listed Options and Derivatives. Booking service also supports various allocation services for clients including clients on OASYS.

Prime Broker Datawarehouse:
• Responsible for managing Equity Prime Broker database. Including all current and new development planning.
o Develop a dataloading process including file watcher and datamapping layer.
o Work with J2EE based Java dataloading program that utilizes Weblogic JMS with Sybase backend.
o Design and create all database table layouts as well as all stored proc standards in Sybase.
o Work with Actuate developer to create new report standards for existing and new reports.
• Managed Equity Prime Broker web-site. Including all development planning.
o Responsible for all conversion of clients from VB application to the new web based application using all J2EE spec weblogic JSP interface.
o Design all GUI layouts – provide all Use Cases for pages and work on further improving web page layouts
o Work with graphic designers to come up with fresh and more steam lined web page layouts-includes updating all GIFs and updating all stylesheets.
• Consult with the BU community and develop new product strategies for Prime Broker Technology. Including all project-planning and development timeline.
• Responsible for data analysis on all back office system source files for Equity Prime Broker.
Business Knowledge:
• Define Equity Prime Broker data required for trade bookings and confirmations. Must meet trade interface requirements for business, including all required fields as well as SEC requirements for certain transactions. i.e. Margin requirement, commission, broker fees. Data must contain latest FX rates used for all booked trades.
• Define Equity Prime Broker, reporting requirements. Data must be sufficient for all reporting requirements for clients-mostly hedge-funds. Define report delivery and packaging as well as definition of all reports viewed through the web.
• Define Equity Prime/Finance Trade Data mapping to all data fields in equity. Data must contain relationship within business entities and client-party management information.
