Managed $120M budget and 3 direct staff and 36 indirect reports. Position reported to Sr Vice President. Spearheaded quality process improvement for global supply chain and materials management that contributed $227M to the top line. The position required managing and overseeing multiple quality & process improvement projects through a team of dedicated professionals that I hired and mentored in various locations. Through these efforts of quality improvement, we saved $7 million in savings in materials, logistics, warehousing and scheduling. Increased profits 11% by cutting material costs through optimization of low cost sourcing partnerships and developing innovative Processes of Material Planning. Managed more than 220,000 sku's and over 11,000 suppliers.

• Reengineered ABB Inc. supply chain processes, on Best Practices resulting in a 14% cost reduction.
