Led a $500 million region serving over 1.8 million customers per week in 500 locations in the Rocky Mountain and Southwest states. Currently assigned to lead a $420 million turnaround region serving Southern California and Hawaii.
Formed the Western Mountain region as a result of combining teams from eight states. Developed teams in retail store operations, category development, store development and facilities, partner resources and local marketing. Designed annual operating plans with cross-functional team to deliver top-line and bottom-line results. Achieved 28 percent growth on both top and bottom-line. Selected, constructed and opened over 100 new stores.
Transitioned to lead new region in Southern California. Acquired and integrated two coffee companies involving 1500 new employees and 90 existing retail stores. Effectively maintained business momentum in the existing stores at 2 percent comps while ensuring the back-of-the house systems and brand initiatives were implemented enterprise wide.
