* Managed a European Server Operations with a yearly budget of $18M, 230 employees, 70 contractors. The operations had the lowest cost per unit for UNIX and NT servers within HP Managed Services world-wide.
* Launched the operations for the Managed Web Services (MWS) business in Europe, with 2001 revenues of $21M from 31 HP customers.
* Managed the operations for HP’s Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) business in Europe, which includes HP internal IT and 41 external HP customers. Improved quality by 5% as measured by a Balanced Scorecard.
