Recruited into this position to bring management control and IT experience into 11 operating subsidiaries of a national supplier of business process outsourced (BPO) solutions in the digital imaging and document management market. Oversee all eastern US operations with nine direct reports and 1200 employees. Responsible for $100 million in revenue to the company.
Significant Contributions: Grew NE portion of the region revenue from $15 million in 2003 to over $31 million in 2006. EBITDA margin grew from 15% to over 31% over the same period.

Oversaw all of the IT infrastructure, telecommunications and networks, call center technical infrastructure, and application development needs across multiple sites. Significant Contributions: Built and managed the technical infrastructure of a 250 person call center in a new corporate office. Led call center IVR technology overhaul and upgrade resulting in increased customer satisfaction and customer self service for company.
