· Acquired two companies with revenue exceeding $30 million; responsible for due diligence, negotiation, integration and strengthening of internal controls.
· Initiated and received development grants and rebates from state and local government to supplement financing for a $25 million Greenfield facility start up.
· Completed $18 million ESOP bank financing for original company, allowing owners to diversify their investment portfolios on a tax-free basis.
· Established $29 million total financing for the organization through different banking relationships, including negotiating term and revolving loans.
· Increased key vendor credit line by more than 50% above industry standard based on personal professional integrity.
· Negotiated contract with key customer that included their paying for tooling during start-up, increasing first-year profit by $200,000.
