Oversee the execution of business strategy and client contracts with a staff of 4 principals and 20 consultants. Core competencies are in business alignment, PMO, network infrastructure, architecture and implementation; compliance initiatives (SOA, HIPAA); business process re-engineering, ERP, Audit and Budget forecasting for customer information technology needs. Began with 1 employee supporting 33 users in one location. In fewer than 120 days, built a skilled IS/IT team comprising 5 managers and 22 technical employees supporting 277 employees in 12 locations worldwide.
• Designed and implemented “core to edge” scalable network architecture designed to support current and anticipated corporate growth, including two company acquisitions managing an IT budget over 1.5 million.

Promoted from Senior Manager by the executive team, was tasked with and successfully implemented a high performance engineering services/IT team positioned to enhance engineering productivity.
• Designed and built state of the art engineering labs to support hardware and software engineering departments. Improved network and hardware reliability and performance, increasing uptime by 25%. • Built and deployed a rapid response team able to respond in 7 minutes to 99.5% of all network, hardware, or computing issues.
• Designed and directed senior and executive management experiential leadership program bringing facilitative behaviors to the organization.

Contra Costa County Communications, Concord, CA 1988-1991 Network Engineer: Member of a team of network and computing engineers responsible for sheriff, county, and 911 communications.
• Project managed large-scale telecommunications effort requiring design and implementation for a 400-unit prison addition. Directed 9 engineers and prison staff.
• Designed and implemented network for video conferencing and data transmission to and from facility to California Court system.

United States Army 1978-1986 Med-e-vac Helicopter Crew chief: Crew chief leading missions in UH-1H med-e-vac helicopter outfit.
