This IT consulting startup, brought me in about 1 year after the business was started. Led the startup, established an effective strategy for the business, grew the business and handed it back to the original founder. Successfully led the firm from a 2 person consulting group, focused on a narrow and aging technology to a firm of highly skilled technologists, augmented with offshore development. Reported to the CEO as the responsible executive, for planning and developing customer facing systems to enhance our sales efforts and customer relationships (eBusiness/CRM).
