Executive Job Description	7+ to 10 years of experience Management Experience Required - No Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree Willingness to Travel - Often Candidate Screening Questions Have you worked in a start-up of under 20 people before? Prior product development or internal marketing experience in consumer finance? Prior experience in conceiving, developing and launching products/services featuring game dynamics? The Ideal Candidate Experience working in startup under 20 people for a material period of time preferred Ability to roll-up sleeves and meet milestones with limited resources You are able and willing to work long, sometimes odd hours with a great team of fun people MS/BS in a technical area. MBA or equivalent a plus 7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer Internet or financial services Business Development experience would be great Strong understanding of game mechanics attributes (e.g. boosts, personality types) Prefer prior experience in conceiving, developing and launching products/services featuring game dynamics Financial services background is highly desired The ideal candidate has worked for these companies: American Express Discover Capital One Intuit JPMorgan Chase Fair Isaac Visa Metavante ACI CompuCredit Providian
