As VP of Finance, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Finance, accounting and treasury for the entire company. This position is based in Michigan.
Minimum Requirements:
+ 10 Plus years of finance experience with a retail company.
+ Bachelors Degree from a major university or college in a financial discipline. Advanced degree is strongly preferred in business or related area such as MBA or Masters in Finance.
+ Experience with banking and financial institutions with negotiations, relations, planning, loans & investments.
+ Asset Lending experience
+ Preferred financial experience with a private company, mid size.
+ Strong supervisory and mentorship skills. People development skills.
+ Hands on manager and leader.
+ Strong working knowledge of accounting, controller and treasury areas
+ IT experience preferred
