Executive Job Description	Refer to Job #8307 POSITION OVERVIEW The Vice President of Business Development responsibilities include identifying, developing and managing major national retail partners in existing and new verticals. Vice President of Business Development is a strategic leader who will play a key role in maintaining Company’s leadership and in driving its rapid expansion into other cash acceptance applications. The role will involve managing a set of existing accounts as well as developing new relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop a strategic plan to enter into new verticals • Successfully launch and manage the P&L of new partnerships • Develop, negotiate and drive key growth initiatives within existing P&Ls • Partner with product and IT to develop customized payment solutions for key partners • Interface regularly existing clients to drive the success of the partnership • Collaborate with partners to create and drive marketing initiatives QUALIFICATIONS • Must be able to develop highly strategic and analytical business development activities engaging potential partners at all levels. • Must work effectively in a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment. • Must be organized, efficient, and professional. • Must be able to work comfortably and effectively independently and with a diverse group of staff members and the general public, both on the phone and in person. • Must possess strong problem solving, written and verbal communication skills. • Prior experience in the payments industry is a plus.
