Executive Job Description	Requirements: Bachelors degree or 10 yrs related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of eductation and experience. Candidates must come from Metals Business industry and must have a manufacturing background and should have some experience with foreign banks and debt financing CPA and MBA desirable. Must have hedging and have dealt with metals commodities. Job Duties: Provide leadership and assume related responsibilities as a member of the Executive Staff. Directs the organization financial planning and accounting practices. Supervise and manage treasury budgets accounting activitiy, financial issues and control Formulation and execution of short and long term business plans. Review and provide information techology direction. Assist top management with stategic planning and execution along with short and long term business forecast and plan formulation. Annual business budget development. Well versed in information technology especially ERP. Knowledge of Commodity Market. Experience in debt financing both domestic and international. Strong internal control leadership and audit experience,. Provide top management sales and operational Comments: Mergers Acquistion and busines combination experience is benefical.
