Executive Job Description	Client/Location: Foreign Bank/Midtown Title: Vice President Dept: Commodities and Structured Trade Finance Group, Investment Banking Division Reports to: Senior Vice President & Group Head Base salary to $110,000 - Functions: Conduct credit analysis for new transactions. ・Identify risks of new transactions. Evaluate risks and mitigating factors to make credit decisions and recommend transactions to management. ・Evaluate and establish appropriate credit ratings for new customers. ・Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Manage overall portfolio monitoring activities for existing accounts of the business unit. ・Perform due diligence and regularly scheduled credit reviews. . ・Prepare detailed credit analysis and required credit applications for refinances, facility renewals, amendments and waiver requests from customers. ・Evaluate and establish appropriate credit ratings for existing customers. Watch for potential credit deterioration and take necessary action in cooperation with account officers when such deterioration is detected. ・Oversee borrowing base reports, collateral reports and covenants check sheets prepared by the collateral manager to minimize credit costs. ・Attend bank meetings and customer meetings when required by senior staff. ・Prepare internal and external examinations and communicate with examiners to explain credit related matters. . Assist marketing officers in marketing activities. ・Contact customers / arranging banks to acquire information of new transactions. Mentor and assist junior staff Requirements: Must be bilingual Spanish or Portuguese Min 3 years experience in structured trade finance with emphasis on Latin America.
