Executive Job Description	Medical Device company that specializes in Miniature Robotics and Imaging systems for the Spine market is seeking a VP US Sales. Company prefers candidates with previous spinal device sales/sales management experience with companies such as: Mako Surgical Intuitive Surgical Medtronic Sofamor-Danek Nuvasive The VPS will be responsible for the planning and execution of the company sales activity within the US. Looking for a "hands on" manager who will roll up his/her sleeves, work hard in the field personally and be capable of building a top sales team and winning organization in the US in a very short time with limited budget. Possessing good connections with the right players, hospital administration and surgeons within the Spine community in target territories is a very strong plus. Is willing to travel 60-70% of the time, working closely with the territory sales team. Some international travel may be required. Requirements Minimum of 10 years in sales/sales management in hospital capital equipment marketplace. Preference to candidates who were in sales management of products such as the Mako robotic system or the DaVinci robotic system by Intuitive Surgical. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related areas. MBA preferred. In-depth knowledge of the needs of surgeon and hospital customers, including negotiating skills and ability to get results in a complex selling arena.
