Executive Job Description	Market-leading supplier of value HBA & household products in need of a VP Sales & Marketing. Position located in the northern Mid-West with relocation available. Our client is seeking an experienced senior marketing executive with a strong background in marketing HBC/Household products to Food/ Drug/Mass Retailers. Position will be responsible for providing overall direction and leadership for all Company brands and management of marketing strategies including product planning, marketing communications and long term planning. Great opportunity to lead and influence go to market strategy for an established company poised for growth. Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience with consumer products • Experience in developing and executing short and long term Marketing Strategies • Experience in leading core strategic processes including new product development, creative, promotions, and developing plans to achieve success and championing critical brand initiatives • Previous experience with Personal Care/Household products and Private Label highly preferred • Strong understanding and experience partnering with Food/ Drug/ Mass/ & Value Retailers • Bachelor's required, and MBA strongly preferred NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
