Executive Job Description	Our client is a high growth, multi-unit retail/hospitality services related enterprise based in Michigan, growing both organically and through acquisition. New leadership is required to execute on critical information technology initiatives as the business grows exponentially and geographically. The business has doubled in size in recent years, spreading out across the country from coast-to-coast and is expanding IT services in new initiatives in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing as well as customer relationship management through web initiatives and Internet marketing. We seek an experienced, war-tested chief information officer who will work in a hands-on, “lean and mean" results-focused environment. You will manage in-house staff as well as outside vendor relationships in the ongoing support and maintenance of existing operational systems and infrastructure as well as in high visibility development projects. Your role will be a key strategic center-pin for both improved operational management through enhanced dashboard and metrics functionalities as well improved customer targeting and retention through state of the art CRM capabilities. Challenging and exciting times are the order of the day and the Information Technology group will be key to taking the business to new levels. We are looking for a results-oriented, hands-on people leader, with a strong understanding of business operations and information technologies strategic role in business development and change. Must be a high energy, highly effective communicator across all levels with full 360-degree interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have some background in multi-unit retail/hospitality/healthcare or education environments and be at home working to aggressive targets where failing is not an option.
