Executive Job Description | TITLE: V.P. – HEALTHCARE PROFILING SOLUTIONS
REPORTS TO: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•The V.P. - Healthcare Profiling Solutions manages Data and Profiling Solutions client-facing and operational teams. •Maintain the financial stability of the line including, direct product costs, labor, and pass-thru/royalty costs. •Possess in-depth knowledge of division product lines allowing for innovative concepts and promotion of new ideas. •Identify and execute strategic opportunities to create and/or enhance product offerings via the pursuit of unique and complementary data assets. •Expand overall utilization of data assets. •Develop and execute strategy to maintain and keep accurate and updated all profiled healthcare databases via web scraping, call-center, third-party vendors, and longitudinal data assets. •Connect facility, payer, and prescriber assets to internal master data warehouses for use across the organization. •Develop and maintain strategy to connect databases together through affiliation links between facilities, payers, and prescribers. •Interact closely with sales organizations to support pre- and post-sale opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
•10+ years experience in data management and secondary data product operations. •At least 4 years of senior management experience, including responsibility for managing personnel, financial, and product operations. •Strong industry expertise, the required technical skills and a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, competition and suppliers. •Demonstrated ability to create new products from an existing data asset base. •Working knowledge of master/reference data systems. •Self starter with a sense of urgency for goal achievement able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks to be able to influence project scope and timelines when necessary. •Experience in Pharmaceutical sales/marketing information systems or healthcare-related patient level data systems a plus. •Minimum of BS/BA degree with Master degree preferred.
