In search of a Vice President of Development to manage and lead the strategy of the department. Successful candidate will have proven track record in various aspects of business development, real estate, licensing and/or franchising. Candidate will be accountable for strategic growth plans through hospital and corporate joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships and new site selection.
Successful candidate will be responsible for generating and closing business transactions and managing a team of development professionals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of a leadership position in Development with substantive exposures to Healthcare, Joint ventures, Real estate/Legal, Finance, Managed Care Contracting, Licensing/franchising.
