Executive Job Description	Located in New York City, we are one of the world痴 leading investment and advisory firms. Our alternative asset management business includes the management of private equity funds, real estate funds, and closed-end mutual funds. The firm also provides various financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions advisory, restructuring and reorganization advisory and fund placement services. This is a newly created position that will have initial focus and emphasis on domestic and international tax compliance, as well as research and planning for partnership entities. Position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Tax. ｷ Direct all domestic and foreign aspects required for the preparation and filing of all federal, state and local income tax returns including, the compilation of tax data for tax return preparation and the review of allocations, K-1 information and tax returns. ｷ Perform partnership/partner level tax planning and forecasting including, interim year partnership projections and allocations to assist the Firm痴 partners with making quarterly estimated tax payments. ｷ US reporting of foreign investments and reporting of US investments held by Non-US citizens.
