Executive Job Description | DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the evaluation, analysis, design/redesign, development, and support of user created content, UI content of virtual based knowledge transfer systems, and open, collaborative web based communities (known as wiki websites or wikis); (2) Facilitating the expansion of virtual based knowledge transfer technology while proactively driving the improved efficiency and effectiveness of virtual knowledge transfer and collaboration based technology and systems; (3) Analyzing, designing, and implementing capable search functionality to streamline access to information and sharing of information across all groups and entities; (4) Designing and developing innovative ways to share information and consistently improve the organizations ability to continue knowledge transfer across boundaries and disparate groups of individuals; (5) Creating highly effective UI solutions to radically improve the effectiveness of shared information and knowledge transfer.
REQUIRED:
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT UI (User Interface) experience designing, developing, managing, and deploying web based technologies including wikis and blogs and IM content and UI.
UST have STRONG/CURRENT experience with AJAX, advanced JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, PHP, CSS, and jQuery.
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT experience developing multi-media based applications for websites and STRONG/CURRENT development in JAVA or C#.
MUST have exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
