Executive Job Description	Highly regarded Tax practice, within a top public accounting firm’s Boston office, is in need of an accomplished Tax Manager. The profile we seek will include extensive partnership tax experience. A realistic expectation for in-season work / life balance has been put in writing. This is an ideal opportunity for a Big-4 Senior to first year Manager who loves public but needs to achieve greater balance. The Partner will also entertain prospects seeking a return to public after some time on the industry side. This is a leadership role with full engagement and team management responsibilities. Activities will include the spectrum from tax planning to tax compliance services. Responsibilities include planning, managing & supervising multiple engagements as well as directing assigned professional staff. Requirements: •CPA required, MST preferred; •5 to 10 years of applicable tax experience in public accounting required; •Must be technically proficient with a hands-on style of leadership / mentorship; •Well documented client interface from engagement inception through all stages of delivery and customer liaison; •Strong task and goal supervisory is necessary with any business development experience a plus; •Strong verbal and written communication skills essential; •Demonstrated ability to build client relationships necessary at this level.
