Executive Job Description	The Tax Analyst will play the lead role in preparing state and local returns for separate filing states and significant involvement in consolidated and combination state returns. The focus will be U.S. state and local tax compliance, but this position will also offer opportunities for involvement in state and local tax planning and other tax projects. Assist Manager with quarterly and annual state and local tax provision. Assist Manager with state and local tax audits. Apportionment factor calculations. Improve company’s utilization of automation tools in the provision and compliance areas. BEST INDUSTRY – Communications BEST DEPARTMENT – Finance, Tax Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required. CPA is a strong plus 3 years public or private corporate tax experience is required. Basic understanding of process for converting GAAP accounts to a tax return including experience with state and local taxation. Exposure to compliance and provision automation tools and strong computer skills are essential in this role. Detail oriented with good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment is required. Strong accounting skills are mandatory Ability to seek out and make suggestions for improving practices/processes. Candidates must be either current US Citizens or Green Card holders.
