Executive Job Description	Sr. Associate - CORE JAVA Architect position needed for New York City. Technical Responsibilities:7+ years of software development experience using JAVA, J2EE, JSP, SERVLETS, STRUTS, WEBLOGIC, WEBSPHERE, APACHE-TOMCAT, IIS, EJB Optional.and AJAX. Comfortable working as a user on both Windows XP and at least one linux distribution or unix OS.Developing distributed information delivery systems in a Java/Unix environment with an Oracle database persistence layer using WebSphere/Weblogic/Tomcat, JBoss etc. Developing service oriented architecture components and web services using XML and J2EEDesign patterns for OO development. Comfort with UML and/or ability to write and understand high-level software design documents. Experience with the MVC architectural pattern and at least one Java-based MVC framework JSF, Struts, Spring, etc. An object-data binding framework for Java Hibernate, JDO, etc. Experience with production web application environments and web servers HIS, Apache etc Javascript experience, experience with AJAX toolkits desirable. Experience: Should have handled large Banking and Financial Projects. Experience in managing web based projects. Experienced in working with project management tools to keep track of project status. Excellent communication skills.4-year computer science bachelors degree, or equivalent. The compensation package is excellent and dependent upon experience.
