We are searching for a Software Engineering Manager with a BSEE; prefer a MSEE, and 10 + years dealing with embedded software systems and programs used within the Engineering /Aerospace industries.

- Technical Risks
- Software Schedule
- Software Budgets
- Customer Coordination
- Manpower Planning
- Earned Value Reporting
- Coordination With Other HS Functional Groups
- Outsource Supplier Management
- Embedded Systems Requirements Experience
- Software System Architecture Experience
- Requirements Based Testing Experience
- Structural Coverage Experience
- Labview Test Stand and Similar Test Tool Experience
- Software/Systems Modeling and Simulation
- Familiarity with Coding Languages such as C and Ada, UML
- Familiarity with Communication Protocols such as 1394, CANBUS, AFDX, 1553, ARINC 429, RS422, RS232
- Familiarity with Power PC and DSP Processors
- Ability to Use Trouble Shooting tools such as Logic Analyzers and Emulators
- Proficiency with MS Office products and documentation
- Ability to provide technical presentations to senior management and customers
Individual must also be experienced with Ada, C, and Models to Code, DO178B and CMMI along with Communication Protocols such as 1394, CANBUS, AFDX, 1553, ARINC 429, RS422, RS232, familiar with Power PC and DSP Processors, ability to Use Trouble Shooting tools such as Logic Analyzers and Emulators,
