Executive Job Description | Description Directs business development and research execution for substantial portions of Mid West business in the Consumer space. Leads both sales and research management staff. Essential Responsibilities and deliverables -Revenue and P&L management -Business development/client retention -Team leadership and management -Account strategy creation, implementation and development -Key hires -People development and motivation -Strategic partnerships -Client go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
Position and Candidate Profile The position is Senior Vice President within the Consumer business vertical. The right candidate will have at least 10 years of increasing business development experience in a custom research supplier organization. Knowledge of developments in Brand & Communication tracking, product and concept testing and shopper insights work is important. A deep specialization in one of those areas is required. Strong relationship-based selling skills essential along with team building skills and experience managing a geographically dispersed team. Candidate will have complete profit and loss responsibility for approximately $10 million in annual revenue and approximately 15 people. Knowledge & Skills (including functional knowledge, business expertise and people skills)
