Executive Job Description	Financial services firm involved in debt and equipment lease financing has Senior Underwriter opening available in eastern NJ near Westfield and along Garden State Parkway. Job will undewrite large structured loans and equipment leases for Energy project, Project Finance transactions and Structured Financing. Firm desires fifteen years + ( to twenty years) recent work experience in structured finance lending, workouts, and credit underwriting. Commercial bank lending background desirable with more than 10 years of increased responsibilities in lending activities wanted. An undergirding of bank credit training at the onset of candidate's career highly desirable. Managing parts of a large Energy(oil&gas/electric power/natural gas) and Project Finance portfolio with periodic reports to senior management will be part of the job.
