You will be joining a group of talented tax professionals engaged in providing a full spectrum of tax expertise required by an expanding multi-entity international corporation. The professional we seek will be an accomplished Tax Accountant who has demonstrated strong aptitude for research and analysis. As a Senior Tax Analyst you will regularly assist in researching and developing audit responses. On a regular basis you will review tax filings, foreign tax credit calculations, monitor tax accruals and participate in period close and reporting.
Additional activities will include: •Review of annual Federal Forms 1120; •Research credit calculation, and transfer pricing analysis; •Review international tax filings; •Prepare / review FAS 109 analysis including rate reconciliations, Fin 48 analysis, and deferred tax analysis; •Respond to questions in respect to audit, payroll, or tax planning issues; •Respond to requests from business units and functional management; •Participate in tax planning and savings projects.
Requirements: •4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing organization or public accounting firm with manufacturing clients. •BS as a minimum requirement, with an accounting major preferred; •Must have a foundation experience in public accounting and hold either a CPA or an MST; •Demonstrated expertise with corporate tax and accounting concepts and practices; •Experience must include federal and state with some international tax knowledge desired; •Prior research and development of memoranda on tax law issues impacting relevant business space; •Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Base to $100k Plus a Bonus and Benefits Package. |
