Executive Job Description	DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as a hands on Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the design, developing, and testing of enterprise based commercial software; (2) Creating design specifications and use cases; (3) Working intimately with software product customers and prospective customers; (4) Performing coding and unit testing of software; (5) Producing technical specifications from functional design specifications; (6) Providing feedback on designs and standards; (7) Leading code reviews and debugging and maintaining existing code; (8) Providing accurate and complete documentation; (9) Providing knowledge transfer and coaching to less experienced staff members. REQUIRED: MUST have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, some form of engineering, or Business. MUST have 4 years of STRONG/CURRENT software development of enterprise level software with at least 2+ years of STRONG/CURRENT .NET and C# and Transact SQL and stored procedures. MUST have EXCELLENT communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. MUST have several years of direct customer (actual customers not end users) interface.
