Executive Job Description | DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Designing, implementing, and leading sophisticated IT enterprise initiatives; (2) Directing design reviews, quality assurance efforts, and audit compliance; (3) Ensuring technical resources are optimized within assigned segments; (4) Providing guidance and direction to stakeholders and stakeholder communities; (5) Researching problems, planning solutions and presenting software and systems solutions; (6) Collaborating and relationship building within all sectors of the global organization; (7) Working closely with vendors, business partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure business and technical requirements are fulfilled, technical resources are accurately estimated, and solutions are consistent with enterprise architectural standards; (8) Using functional requirements to direct efforts across the full systems development lifecycle including development of technical specifications, configuration of applications, construction, testing, and implementation; (9) Business process functional analysis to include directing planning, gathering, and documentation of tactical functional requirements; (10) Functional design to enable process change and continuous improvement; (11) Directing implementation of enhancements to business processes that maintain information security; (12) Translating broad business process availability and recovery needs into technical designs, identifying single points of failure across business processes, and driving implementation of solutions to mitigate; (13) Translating capacity and performance business strategies into plans, and efficiently planning for appropriate software licensing; (14) Directing design and quality reviews; (15) Providing accurate technical analysis of planning, requirements gathering, and documentation of tactical technical requirements; (16) Ensuring technical design of solutions is effective, efficient, maintainable, reliable, scalable, and secure; (17) Developing standards and directing technical maintenance of applications according to architectural standards and guidelines; (18) Directing design and execution of functional unit, scenario, and integration test plans and scenarios; (19) Release management; (20) IT Program and project management; (21) Incident and issue management; (22) Change management.
REQUIRED:
5+ years of STRONG/CURRENT design and implementation and support of full life cycle SAP SD or WM or PPPI or APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS) in a supply chain environment.
MUST have at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP SD or WM or PPPI or APO.
MUST have STRONG business process and functional knowledgebase in module area, with strong experience leading design through implementation and support activities.
MUST have STRONG/CURRENT project management skills.
MUST have excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.
Pluses: SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System); SAP APO PPDS; SAP QM; SAP CO; SAP HU.
