Executive Job Description	Sr. Project Manager: Our client is seeking a senior level Project Manager with strong DBA skills. The successful candidate must be hands on and not afraid to get down and do coding when necessary. They must be able to perform system integration for new and existing clients. 4 direct reports with dotted line report to the President. Position based in Philadelphia, PA, no relocation. Salary: up to $160K+, plus bonus, possibly up to $20K Required qualifications: 10-15 years of overall work experience out of which about 5 years in managing large complex technology projects. Should have the necessary qualifications of an enterprise architect. Should be highly proficient in at least one of the following and should have working knowledge of the remaining -Subject matter expertise (in this case Employee Stock Benefits and associated areas) -Java development environment (J2EE Architect with hands-on programming experience with Struts 1.2, Spring, Hibernate, etc) -Strong Database Administration skills with SQL 2005, SQL 2000 and Oracle (Performance tuning, cross platform migration, database design and stored procedure optimizations etc) -Solid IBM Websphere experience in a Java environment -Networking experience. Any Cisco certification will be a plus -Project Management skills – experience working with overseas group will be a plus. -Knowledge of emerging technologies (cloud computing, SaaS etc) Other qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication and sales skills To be able to conduct a worthwhile discussion about business strategy with the CEO and, a minute later, be in a technical expert's office with a zoomed-in mindset discussing technical details without getting lost To be able to set and work with budgets To be technology neutral and willing to accept the best of breed solutions
