Executive Job Description | The Senior Manager, CGC Brand Marketing Urology, is responsible for identifying and applying deep corporate and government customer knowledge to deliver key Urology brand managed market strategies to include: Payer Value Proposition implementation, access and contracting implementation, and developing push/pull through programs to drive net revenue and exceed the brand financial goals. The CGC brand marketing team operates in an environment that continuously embraces and encourages the implementation of innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork within and across customer teams. As a member of the CGC Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the integrated brand managed market strategy.
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for the role include the development and execution of brand specific managed market strategies that will achieve market access for the Urology portfolio that are aligned with the overall brand strategy and financial objectives. Leading the development and execution of the Payer Marketing Strategy for the brand including:
· Develop and implement the Corporate and Government Customers strategic and tactical plan for the brands · Work with USPNA and Regional Accounts to support Account Management with the strategies, tactics and tools needed to deliver on performance goals · Implementation of the Toviaz Payer Value Proposition · Develop and implement pull through materials · Develop and implement push through materials · Working with market research to plan and implement an appropriate payer market research plan · Integrating brand, customer, market and competitor insights · Ensuring consistency with Brand positioning, messaging and creative elements across HCP and Consumer teams · Meet with key customers, develop product advisory boards and contribute to the development of national and regional account access and pull through strategies, tactics and implementation plans · Thorough understanding of marketing processes and the ability to track and coordinate these programs · Effective utilization and collaboration with agency partners · Ensure RBU support through collaboration with CGC Leads and RBU Marketing · Assist in creating net revenue metrics, goals, benchmarking, and tracking · Working with RC to ensure alignment with Legal, Regulatory and Medical · Partnering with HEOR on projects that support the payer value proposition for the brand · Thorough understanding of the brand contracting strategy

Qualifications:

Pharmaceutical marketing and strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace are essential. · Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred. · 8-10 years of experience preferred.
