Executive Job Description	Human Resource Dimensions is seeking candidates for a lead HR position with a privately held client. This position will oversee the HR strategy for a facility in Cumberland County and manage both employee and corporate relations. The successful candidate will have 10 + years of HR experience, with at least 5 years spent in manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have proven results in counseling plant management where appropriate, and training employees as needed.
