Executive Job Description | Only local candidates or people willing to relocate to the Philadelphia area will be considered Required Qualifications: Masters degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration or related field Minimum 10 years experience in a leadership/strategic role in market development, strategic planning and customer/industry insights; 7+ years in healthcare services, specifically in care management and/or the wellness industry Minimum 10 years experience interacting with senior levels of internal and external organizations Minimum 10 years experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization; while working both independently and as a team leader on projects and programs with a national scope with minimal direction both in a physical location and virtually/telephonically Demonstrated leadership positions in business-to-business (B2B) and/or business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) settings Demonstrated leadership and experience in guiding teams to synthesize information and responsibility for leading prioritization and decision making based on data research and analysis Minimum 10 years experience directing primary and secondary research techniques related to marketplace, client and end-user needs and solutions development; preferred in healthcare related services Minimum of 10 years experience leading operational, business management and financial responsibilities Demonstrated ability to add structure to ambiguity; Previous leadership experience in positions which required adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage and influence change Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and influence both external and internal customers including both Clients and Health Medical Outcomes, Sales, Client Services, Pricing, Operations and other departments Excellent organizational skills, ability to lead multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment; demonstrated project and workflow management skill set Minimum proficient level understanding of Microsoft Office applications and web-based technologies Professional level written, verbal and presentation skills required to interact with all levels of Clients and the Organization (Including C Suite) Open to 50% or more travel for business Previous leadership experience in positions which required adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage and influence change |
