Executive Job Description | Senior Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
Salary $175K + Bonus
Responsibilities:
* Development of monthly/quarterly management and Board of Directors (BOD) reports regarding the underlying performance of the businesses, leading indicators and key metrics
* Analysis of quarterly results to facilitate discussions with senior management related to earnings release and to facilitate the preparation of MD&A and other analysis
* Development of key Performance Indicators across the segments/divisions
* Identification of opportunities to leverage technology/systems to automate manual reporting and compilation processes
* Support three year strategic plan and annual budget process and analysis
* Prepare ad hoc detailed analyses and work on special projects
* Support efforts to transition to a Business Intelligence warehouse environment
* Prepare analyses, presentations that can be shared with senior leaders/Board of Directors (tell a story, concise, timely, accurate, etc.)
* Analyze and prepare competitor information
Liaison and partner with internal and external reporting teams within the Corporate Finance and Divisional and Regional finance teams to understand division/segment financial results and business trends to facilitate analyses.
