Executive Job Description	Senior Developer / Engineer Applied Systems software AS/400 Manage, coordinate, plan, and control the development and maintenance of new and existing business application automated systems for a Leading Insurance Agency. Utilizing Applied Systems TAM software knowledge, on A/S 400 computer. Establish performance guidelines and standards for all personnel involved in developing business applications. Understand and implement a Insurance Company's formal Project Management Methodology. Implement automated systems that have measurable impacts on the operations of the Agency business.
