Executive Job Description	Chicago: Sr. Accounting Manager F500 Real Estate - 120K Location: Chicago, IL Salary: $800000 - $100000 Job Type: Full Time Suggested Degree Level: Bachelor Requirements: Local Candidates ONLY Previous monthly close/balance sheet exp a must BS in accounting plus CPA a must 8-10 years of experience in corporate accounting and/or public accounting Prior supervisory experience required Bachelor degree in Accounting required CPA required Oracle experience Key Responsibilities: Senior Manager will be responsible for: Direct review of complex journal entries and Balance Sheet account reconciliations Ensuring that the quality of work delivered by their team members meets expectations Establishing and implementing development plans for all members of their organization Conducting interviews and evaluating individuals for hiring and promotion Fielding and resolving inquiries from Management and external auditors Identify and drive improvements to processes in their organization that will result in reductions to financial exposure and increases in close efficiency Develop and execute analyses to validate financial information prior to the GL close Contribute to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, including documentation of process areas and testing of key controls Best Regards Christina Flores Right&Above 15717661960 cf@rightandabove.com www.rightandabove.com
