Executive Job Description

Sr. Account Executive - eClinical software and services
Vertical focus: Academia


My client is one of very few companies that continue to grow revenue and hit expectations year after year. This is due in large part to the high quality team they employ in addition to their investment in product development and acquisition activities.

DESCRIPTION:



  • Will represent products and services to defined accounts while carrying a defined “quota” for expected consistent quarterly revenue achievement within a specific year.

  • Will build and expand my client’s presence within named market sectors and pre-defined accounts

  • Will sell business and long-term partnerships while effectively managing available resources.

  • Ability to get to executive levels within academia.

REQUIREMENTS:



  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE CALLING INTO ACADEMIA

  • Strong and easily demonstrated track record of success throughout entire professional career: Continual top 10% Performer, Advancement/Progression

  • Reference-able background with past direct managers: I will contact direct managers for references

  • Demonstrated ability to sell into competitive environment and win over competitive accounts

  • Experience selling large dollar transactions in SW and services

  • Background and familiarity with companies in the academia space.

  • Develop new accounts

  • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with key target accounts

  • Manage assigned accounts to generate both incremental and repeatable annual business

  • Initiate and manage RFI and RFP process and negotiate terms for all account programs and projects

COMPENSATION:


100-120 Base Salary (negotiable on background )
225k+ at Plan
