Executive Job Description	We are basically looking for someone who is an experience lender with strong credit skills. Ideal candidate would have worked in the Middlesex markets and already have an established portfolio and centers of influence/referral sources in that market. This is not required but preferred. We are looking for someone with C&I experience. Real Estate is fine but we do not want someone that Real Estate is their main customer base. This add is to staff so they are able to be picky with their hire as we are not replacing a need but looking to grow. There is no existing portfolio that will be passed on. Doesn't mean we may take some from other portfolio's eventually but at first looking to develop business. We like to see some stability in the person's background, do not like to see a move every 2 years. Since Commercial folks that are decent generally do not move around. Our Lenders manage their portfolio and develop business. We utilize a loan committee for approvals. Deals generally ranges from 500k-2.5MM but are certainly smaller and larger depending on the customer. Larger deals may go to a regional loan committee. Salary will depend on experience but probably in the 100k-110k with a variable compensation plan as I discussed with you that is based on a 5% pool assuming that they hit their goals and then it is up to the lender's personal production and scorecard which includes growth, credit quality, deposits, fee income, etc.
