Executive Job Description	EXECUTIVE OFFICE SERVICES Human Resources Consultants POSITION: Regional Sales Manager – Ad Agency – BUS#333 Advertising / Marketing / Public Relations LOCATION: Southern California QUALIFICATIONS: Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States Green Card / Work Visa The Ideal Candidate will have 5+ years (most recent) in media sales Strong knowledge of regional and agency client base 5+ years (most recent) managing multiple Experience selling digital media highly desired. You must have established relationship with a local/regional presence Traditional advertising agencies Digital media service CAREER OPPORTUNITY: You will be responsible for building and managing ongoing client relationships, while working with the Client Service, Operations and Publisher Relations teams to develop and execute campaigns. You will Manage a sales territory to service local digital media campaigns on behalf of national /Regional agencies across online publishers. Identify agencies' local online advertising needs and work with Client Services team to propose efficient solutions. Present the value of local online audiences to interactive clients. Exceed established revenue goals, including specific regional accounts as assigned by management. Establish strong relationships with advertising agency personnel, including all decision-makers and key influencers from junior media planners to top management. Work with Account Manager(s) to present supporting research for media strategies and publisher recommendations.
